Jordyn attended Cosmetology school at Douglas J Aveda Institute of Ann Arbor in 2009. After graduation she worked in the movie industry and met many people that helped shape her into the person she has become today. Jordyn started Detroit Glam in 2013 and expanded the company in 2014 after a higher demand for wedding services.

Jordyn is a Wife & Mother to a boy named Cash & another little boy on the way! She is also a very proud dog mom to King and Phoenix. Jordyn & her family reside in West Bloomfield, MI.



Cosmetologist and Makeup Artist since 2004. Keri has roughly 13 years experience in the beauty industry. 

She started working in salons right out of high school in the Fenton and Clarkston area before accepting a position with Mac Cosmetics. Promotions lead her to Chicago Illinois, where she was fortunate enough to travel the United States and even the World including Los Angeles, New York, Las Vegas, Orlando, Toronto, Barcelona Spain, and many other sweet spots in between. Throughout Keri's 11 years with the brand her travels consisted of collection launches, events, training's, New York fashion week, A list award shows, attending to a celebrity clientele, speaking to the press and media on behalf of the brand and even touring with a work famous rock group.

Despite constantly traveling, she always tried to continue freelancing for brides.

Bridal hair and makeup has always been a person favorite of hers. Her says "Spending the day with so many, many beautiful, incredible women with so many interesting journeys themselves. It's really rewarding making someone feel special and glamorous on their big day."



Morgan developed a passion for hair and makeup at a young age. She went on to turn that passion into a career and completed an apprenticeship under her mom at Chaos Salon in Trenton. Her mother is known at the salon for her fabulous up-dos and remains one of her biggest inspirations. Now Morgan fully dedicates herself to bridal hair and makeup. Making brides feel gorgeous on their special day is the most rewarding part of her career.

Outside of work, Morgan still likes to exercise her creativity by painting and sewing. She also enjoys being outdoors, rollerskating, and spending time with her two dogs, Lola and Chubbs.



Carson has loved the beauty industry for as long as she can remember. From giving her dolls haircuts as a child, spending hours at the salon with her mom, and doing all of her friends’ hair and makeup for school dances. In 2014, she graduated from Douglas J Aveda and became a licensed professional. Carson has been working behind the chair as a stylist doing hair and makeup in Rochester Hills since graduating from Douglas J. Once in the salon, she decided to extend her knowledge of the industry by studying skin care and began practicing as an aesthetician in the salon as well. Carson loves to make people feel beautiful and confident, which is why having a broad set of skills in this industry has been a goal she has possessed since obtaining her license. Being able to help people is such a passion for Carson and being a part of a bride’s special day is so rewarding for her. Over time, weddings became one of the most enjoyable parts of her career. Outside of work, Carson has a long list of interests, especially being outdoors and traveling. She is looking forward to building her career and starting a family of her own.



Alex Martin has been a professional make up artist since 2010 in an
array of capacities ranging from special effects and beauty make up in
the film industry, to corporate work. For years she apprenticed in the
world of TV and movies under Emmy winning makeup artist Dan
Phillips, known for his work in The Hobbit and OZ: The Great And
Powerful. During that time she worked on several feature films as a key
makeup artist for dozens of actors, such as David Arquette, Jesse
Metcalfe, Lily Cole, La La Anthony, Goran Kostic, Crista B. Allen, Max
Adler and more. In addition, she also worked on several music videos
for musical acts like Skrillex and ICP. She has served as the makeup
artist for several TV commercials for companies such as Gardner White,
Quicken Loans, and Fat Head. Alex is a licensed esthetician, who
graduated from the Douglas J Aveda Institute in 2012. Not only is Alex a
skilled makeup artist but an artist as well. She is a student at College for
Creative Studies, studying fiber and textile design. Her artwork is
composed of a variety of different materials and mediums. Alex is a
true creative from makeup to art.



Emily is a 2015 graduate of Douglas J Aveda Institute in Royal Oak. At a young age, she joined a competitive dance team, introducing her to the world of stage makeup and hair. Her love for the beauty industry only grew more throughout the years as she was often asked by friends to do their hair and makeup for homecomings, proms and special occasions. In 2016, she began working weddings and photo shoots and immediately loved the positive and exciting work environment. Emily is passionate about helping others to feel confident and beautiful and as member of Detroit Glam, she is able to turn her passion into gratifying work.
